No installation is required, but you need to situate the raw water tank on the base correctly, pressing the water tank until it firmly sits on the base without any gap. There is the sound of the pump running during the water filtration process (about 5 mins each time) as it needs to press the water into the RO system. Capacity: Raw water tank:1.2Gal/4.7L | Filtered water tank: 0.4Gal/ 1.5L. Lifespan of RO filter element: 12 months average, varying according to different water conditions/consumption. Empty and refill the tank instead of adding water directly when changing water for longer filter lifespan. There is no need to worry about water leakage if the raw water tank is properly placed.

To correctly place the water tank, please situate the raw water tank on the base correctly and press the water tank until it sits on the base without any gap. Please do not add hot water above 100°F or other strange fluid to the water tank to avoid damage to the raw tank and filter element.

Before the first use, you need to flush the filtration system to ensure the system gets adequately flushed and the taste of water is right. Please follow the manual/video to flush the system and empty the filtered water until the water in the raw water tank is filtered out 3-5 times.

If you see "E1" on the display while using the water filter, it's a 30-minute working time protection. Please unplug the water filter, wait for 5 mins, refill the water tank to the max level, plug in again, wait for the flush, filter water process until water is ready, and press Start to try again.

If the "Change Water" sign keeps flashing, please lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it instead of adding it directly to the tank. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank floats after adding water, and if the float does not rise, shake the water tank.

The raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine prompts "Change Water," then you can exchange the water.
